Client Case Studies
Development and Training for a Professional Services Company
In 2019, a team of our developers spent the year performing development and delivering training courses to a professional services company in the Midlands. The client was looking to create a brand-new RPA division to work on projects for their own clients as well as optimising their own in-house processes.
Our team passed on their skills and knowledge to the client’s staff, enabling them to perform RPA development effectively and efficiently, whilst also building their confidence in using a tool that was new to a few of them..
Machine Learning Tools for an Insurance Broker
A company in the insurance industry in London required our services to set up an RPA centre of excellence. Following on from some successful pilot automation projects to showcase the benefits of RPA, we then set about setting up a centre of excellence for the client.
This involved working with developers of other disciplines other than RPA to train them on the RPA tool used and work through any issues they encountered.
Process automation in the Financial Sector
Developing robots for a bank in Paris over a period of two years. During this time, we built a variety of processes for the client that consisted of both attended and unattended processes.
These processes were built with two teams, one based in France and the other based in the UK.
Bespoke CRM System for a parts distributor in South Wales
Working closely with our client, we developed a bespoke CRM system for them to manage their work items. The system organised their quotes and processed their invoices. This needed to integrate with their accounting software QuickBooks, as they only processed invoices in one place.
The software built is bespoke to the client, so they set us the requirements. We were then in constant dialogue to tailor the software to their exact need.
Online-Based ordering system for a restaurant
Working closely with our client, we developed a bespoke, one of a kind online-based interface that would allow their customers to make and place orders to pick up from pop up locations around the UK.
Our client was eager to expand their outreach with the use of a digital platform, having already reached out through social media, the potential for new and returning customers could now interact with the client from the comfort of their own home..
